WIWO journalists interviewed Hotel Robinson’s Directors and TUI Group’s representatives, to report on post-pandemic challenges, sustainability, and the future of tourism on Sal Island, Cape Verde. I was commissioned to photograph the meetings, hotel interiors, outdoors, and one kite surfing training session.

NEVER CLICK till it’s really OK to CLICK!
When we travel, wherever we take our cameras, we appreciate different cultures and wish to take memories back home with us, stills, videos, and or art crafts. It is NOT OK to take back home portraits of minors playing on the street, or going to school, or even within private perimeters, because there is no difference from kids born in New York, London, Stockholm, Delhi or Praia (the capital of Cabo Verde).
KIDS are KIDS and they don’t belong to any CLICK-FREE-ZONE, until their parents or adult guardians say YES to it.
Sustainable Tourism starts with respecting those same values we fiercely fight to protect back home, and continue to stand for when travelling abroad.
