Our work begins by identifying local environmental and social challenges, researching their wider context, and designing practical responses that inspire partnerships, encourage collaboration and contribute to positive change.

We strongly believe that Cabo Verde has the opportunity to become one of the world’s most inspiring examples of sustainable island development.

Realising that potential will not be without challenges, particularly at a time of rapid tourism growth. Yet there is still an opportunity to make better choices, embrace innovative solutions and technologies, and pursue a more sustainable future for the country and its communities.

Our work is not to claim all the answers, but to document progress, shed light on practical solutions and encourage collaborations that benefit our communities, the environment and responsible tourism.
